WP1 – Project Management
This work package is led by TAU as the project coordinator and focuses on:
- Transparent and efficient financial and administrative management of the project to ensure that its implementation goes according to plan and following the European Commission (EC) rules.
- Scientific (and technical) management to ensure high scientific quality of the entire project, its deliverables, as well as developing and updating a risk management plan.
The work package is led by
Prof. Mari-Pauliina Vainikainen and
Salla Kotakorva
from TAU in collaboration with all partners.
