WP7 – Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication
WP7 focuses on disseminating the results of the project, creating and maintaining networks with relevant stakeholders, and communicating the aims and the results of the project to the European and international organizations as well as to wider public audience. It includes:
- Creation of the Dissemination, Exploitation, and Communication (DEC) plan
- Developing a strategy for identifying synergy and engaging stakeholders
- Collaboration with stakeholders and other EU-funded projects and initiatives
- Developing a communication strategy to raise awareness about the project and grow its visibility across multiple channels and means
- Developing a scientific publication plan for scientific publishing activities and presentations of the project results in scientific conferences
- Developing a strategy for disseminating the project results and boost its impact on the targeted non-scientific audience
- Creating a plan for maximizing the exploitation and impact of the project results during the project and after it is over
