The University of Oslo, founded in 1811, is Norway’s largest and oldest university, with 28,000 students and 7,000 staff members.

The Centre for Educational Measurement (CEMO) is a partner in the MapIE project. CEMO focuses on advancing educational measurement through research, action, and interdisciplinary collaboration. CEMO develops instruments that balance educational quality, equity, and effectiveness, contextualizes assessments in Nordic societal and cultural characteristics, and covers the full cycle of educational measurement. CEMO aims to integrate substantive and methodological expertise in educational measurement.
